September 25 - Lunches & Snacks for Home, Office, or School, from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM:
Let's make a few quick vegetarian lunches and snacks that provide flavor, nutrition, and variety.

October 19 - Mediterranean Cuisine, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM: Let's make vegetarian Mediterranean dishes, such as Falafel, hummus, and Tabbouleh,
to serve as appetizers and meals.

November 9 - South Indian Cuisine, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM: Have you ever tried delicious Dosa, Idli, and Uttappam? Each rice-based dish has a unique
texture and flavor. We will also make accompanying dishes, such as Sambhar and Chutney.

November 4 - Cooking with Turmeric, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM: Turmeric is a healthful spice, best known for its anti-inflammatory properties.
It adds color and flavor to any dish. Learn to make rice, zucchini flatbread, and lentil soup with this wonderful spice!

November 6 - Explore India through Cooking, from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM: North and South Indian foods are very different. We will make dishes from the northern
state of Rajesthan, as well as Dosa (rice crepes) from the South.

November 13 - Vegetarian Cooking with Herbs and Spices, from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM: Bring flavorful foods to the table by using herbs and spices, instead of lots of salt.
Onions, garlic, ginger, cilantro, basil, oregano, turmeric, chili powder, cumin, cinnamon, cardamom, coriander seed, nutmeg...and many more! Learn to use these spices with
beans, vegetables, and grains.
